It takes about 3 seconds to read 2 pages. There are about 100 pages. Turning the page another 2 seconds. Add another 10 minutes for an occasional reflection. Most people will read this book in about 15 - 20 minutes.
Took me months. I would give each thought a couple of days of reflection.

Would be more entertaining if this was a game, where everyone answers the question, or there were space to write the answer(s).
