Excellent book: well-written, clear and concise without being weird.

Leonard's thesis is that many of us suffer in a emotion dessert of dry wells and he outlines how to achieve the wholeness and freedom we desire. Written for Christians but contains timeless helps for all.

Good for personal or group study.
