Conveyancing Law & Practice

Rate this book
This book aims to give students a sound understanding of the entire conveyancing process by initially concentrating on a straightforward sale/purchase of a registered freehold title. The chapters on leasehold conveyancing which then follow deal with the grant and assignment of leases in both a registered and unregistered context. The approach throughout is essentially practical and issues of professional conduct and practice are particularly highlighted.
