This book contains well over a 100 well-written summarizes of various principles one can apply to life. Many of them were pretty good, I do think Adam Khan did a decent job at separating the wheat from the chaff. I wish I was able to flip back through it to refresh my memory, but I bought it for my kindle, and they're are not all that good for that. Oh and this would have been the ideal book by the toilet, since each segment is bite sized, but alas, my kindle lives far from my bathroom. So yeah, all that to say, buy the paperback, not the kindle download.
