Another textbook I had to read during EMT class. Every test, lecture, and exam we had was based on this book, so if you’re in an EMT course or planning to take one, this is probably the book you’ll be using. I thought it was great. It helped me get through class, and even now as a licensed EMT, I still keep it around and flip back through it. Medicine is always changing, so it’s good to revisit the basics. Things like vital signs, normal ranges, and foundational protocols. Like most textbooks, it’s expensive, but if you’re serious about getting into EMS, it’s 100% worth having.
