What's a girl to do? When her Mistress proves too systematic, too by-the-book, one lovely submissive takes the ultimate chance â choosing and creating a Mistress who will fulfill her heart's desires. Little does she know how dangerous it will be â and, in the end, how rewarding . . . "Then the call had come, the insistent ringing, the voice on the other end. Colder than any refrigerated air. Quiet, forceful, one word only in greeting. 'Jennifer.' My insides went icy. Even though she was just a voice far away, I immediately dropped to my knees instinctively. Hardly daring to breathe, I whispered, 'Mistress?' I want you here at midnight," she said."
I wasn't sure what to expect when I picked this up for $1 at the overstock bookstore. Lesbian romance/bdsm can be really cheesy and really awful to read. I'd never heard of the author, but I thought I'd give it a try. I've had it for quite sometime and wanted to get read of a few of my books, so I started with this.
It was pretty good. I liked the plot- a woman trying to find a new dom while keeping to the rules and regs of bdsm relationships. welsh was very descriptive and i liked how her scenes varied so much. a lot of the time in lesbian bdsm it's the same thing over and over.
