Also a book we use at work, but as far as self help books, I like the ideas presented. It's sometimes hard for me to find good things about the "positive focus" idea, but I think that's mostly because my boss reiterates it so much :) The book discusses ways to stay positive and focused on your productive aspects. Pretty short easy read. I'd recommend it as a companion to the Unique Ability Strategic Coach book as well, along with the LEAP: Lifetime Economic Acceleration Process book. Weird, I know; but I think it's important to realize that your financial happiness is connected to your personal and occupational happiness, and vice versa.

Short but powerful. Inspiring in the author cuts to the quick. I am on my way to more attention and time measuring where I'm at against on what I've achieved/achieving. Great quick read for anyone who wants to create more value and make the world a better place.

It's important to measure achievements from the actual as opposed to the ideal.

Great overview of why most seemingly successful people are unhappy and how to change that about yourself. Also nice overview of how the Strategic Coach program helps entrepreneurs make adjustments to their thinking in order to be successful AND happy in life. Short but powerful book.

This is one of the all time greatest ideas I have ever heard. I feel like I can't do the idea justice in just a few words so I will only say that this books carries my highest recommendation.
