Love this book...totally recommend it even if you've never read a fitness book before. Might just hook you on jumping rope (it did me).

مفيد، نوعا ما. فكرة الكتاب الأساسية هي أن هناك 4 أنواع من الأجسام (ملعقة، ساعة رملية، مسطرة، مخروط)، لكل جسم هناك أنواع مناسبة من التمارين و أنواع "مضرة" من التمارين. قدم شرحا مناسبا قبل ذلك للحاجة لمعرفة شكل الجسم و شرح صفات كل جسم منه، ليسهل على القارئ اختيار شكله.

أعجبتني الفصول التي خصصها لكل شكل، حيث أفرد فيها التمارين المناسبة بالصورة (رسما) على شكل يشبه "المانيول" لكل شخص يستطيع الرجوع إليه كلما احتاجه.
