From the #1 New York Times bestselling author of It Ends with Us and It Starts with Us, the “brilliant and realistic” (Tracey Garvis Graves, New York Times bestselling author) Maybe Someday trilogy about friendship, loyalty, and love—now in one exclusive ebook collection.
In Maybe Someday, college student Sydney is devastated when she discovers that her beloved boyfriend is cheating on her. Facing an uncertain future, she finds herself increasingly entranced by her mysterious neighbor, Ridge.
In Maybe Not, a spinoff novella to Maybe Someday, Ridge’s roommate Warren jumps at the chance to have a female roommate. But the wrong kind of sparks fly, with the two barely able to stand being around one another. Nevertheless, Warren is determined to woo the passionate and fiery Bridgette, if only she'd stop fighting him long enough to see how charming he is.
Picking up where Maybe Someday left off, Maybe Now concludes the magical series as Maggie grapples with her illness and determination to live life to the fullest. She includes Ridge on her adventures, raising Sydney’s suspicions. As each of them faces questions about their future, Sydney must make an important decision about her and Ridge’s relationship.
Filled with “true emotion, unforgettable characters, and just the right amount of sexual tension” (Kirkus Reviews), this collection is the perfect gift for Colleen Hoover fans.
Maybe Now the third and final instalment of the Maybe Someday series by Colleen Hoover was the perfect mix of romance and tangible real life issues and ended this series in my opinion exactly right. Sydney and Ridge now together through improbable odds have to work hard to stay that way. Their relationship origin was not completely benign and as a result left a trail of hurt and awkwardness in its wake. They’re working hard towards repairing these very real issues both with each other and the others. This final book wrapped all the characters and their individual stories up so nicely. I was really impressed by the depth of characters through the books but especially with Sydney. Her character really began to shine through in this final instalment. For a young woman she showed such maturity and grace in her interactions. Many of the situations addressed in the book would have been difficult to deal with even for someone twice her age and with that much more life experience. Her authenticity and empathy went a long way to making her character so memorable and the book that much more enjoyable. I’ll be sad to not have these rich and dynamic characters to read about anymore but the way the book wrapped up and especially its epilogue answered many of my questions and left me wanting for nothing. Thank you Colleen Hoover for another gem.
An emotional rollercoaster of friendship, love, heartbreak, and perspective — with a soundtrack of slow burns and second chances.
Reading the Maybe Someday series felt like watching a group of friends grow up right infront of me — messy, beautiful, frustrating, and real. Maybe Not was more of a bonus episode — short, snarky, and chaotic — but gave necessary context for appreciating the group dynamic later on. And Maybe Not delivered the heart. Maggie’s story in particular reminded me how fragile and beautiful life is, and it brought the whole series home with a message about living boldly, and loving fully.
I really enjoyed the series! I love getting to see all the stories come together, and get more storylines for them.
If you like character-driven stories with layered relationships, emotional highs, and lows, and just the right amount of humor to balance the heartbreak — this series might hit the spot.
Ahhh. It was nice that everything worked out. But I wanted more drama!!!!! I don’t know anybody in real life that would have been as “understanding” as Sydney. It was frustrating. I ended this series completely disliking Maggie. And being completely over Ridge. He was so cheesy in this book. Absolutely adored Warren and Bridgette throughout the entire series <3 We did not get enough of Jake’s story for me to really care about him. I was waiting for the other shoe to drop the entire duration of the book, but it never really happened. Still a very good read and will give you all the feels! I will miss this series so much!

I thought this was a good wrap up for the series however, it felt like it dragged on a bit here and there and it didn’t keep my attention as much. The ending felt rushed but the ending was fun and gave good closure for the series!
Didn’t hate it but didnt love it! I kinda felt like it wasn’t necessary for a second book! Like it ended lovely but was a bit repetitive to the first one!
Never been so desperate to finish a book and be done with. It was really boring, and it felt like it was straight COHO trying to speak directly to us every time something even slightly mentionable happened. The whole book gave the vibe of explaining your joke after you say it.
No real plot, nothing to keep the pages turning. The series could have remained as one book, the second and third instalment were underwhelming.
I totally don’t feel like this book needed a follow up. The series felt like it could’ve been put into two books. This last book put me in to a reading slump as there was not too much Happening in the first half.
There’s no plot to this book. Literally nothing happens except everyone ends up in a relationship. So much potential with Maggie’s bucket list and illness but nothing comes of it.
I was glad to see all the characters stories come to a good close, but this series is for sure more geared towards younger readers, not my favorite series and it seemed to drag on.
I really enjoyed this book and series! I loved getting to see all the stories come together and get more storylines for them. I loved that these books surrounded different communities and their struggles as well as their celebrations. Great fast reads that I didn’t want to put down! I read all 3 in the series in under 24 hours!
absolutely loved this book, one of my favourite colleen books. loved that it made me think about life differently, an unexpected start & just a different kind of romance book. highly recommend x
Overall, a great rom com beach read with nuance + substance. A little heavy on the character development, but enjoyed reading from various perspectives. If you’re looking for a feel-good, easy read, this is for you!!
I loved these books so much that I can’t believe I’m done with them. I honestly feel like I live in their little world and it thoroughly kept my full attention. If you want to know just how much I like them then the only way I can describe it is that they’re competing with the six of crows duology— which are perhaps the best books I’ve ever picked up.
This doesn’t go without saying that the first book is the only one with a plot. However if you want a lighthearted read this IS THE BOOK-TRIOLOGY you have to read.
I especially loved the side characters, Warren is a vibe. But Colleen also managed to make them seem nuanced- like I felt the difference in the characters based on who’s point of view it was written from, and the relationship said person had to the other.
Normally I’m not the biggest fan of romance books or COHO but these books might’ve changed my mind. It’s absolutely worth reading in my opinion.
