no stars really. book club pick because written by local author who agreed to come to meeting to discuss his book. Over the top male fantasy. Plus, the author who encouraged feedback, had difficulty
listening to feedback that didn't agree with!

the most unrealistic character development i have ever read. and i read Kite Runner.
