Interchange Third edition is a four-level series for adult and young-adult learners of English from the beginning to the high-intermediate level. The Interchange Third Edition Full Contact Edition includes five key components of Interchange Level 2 all under one the Student's Book; the Video Activity Book; the Workbook; the interactive CD-ROM; and the Self-Study Audio CD. Each Student's Book contains 16 teaching units, frequent progress checks that allow students to assess and monitor their own learning, and a self-study section. The Workbook has six-page units that follow the same sequence as the Student's Book, recycling and reviewing language from previous units.

About the author

Jack Croft Richards is an applied linguist from New Zealand, specializing in second and foreign language education, teacher training, and materials design. He has written numerous articles and books. Most of his books and articles are in the field of second language teaching and have been translated into many different languages. He was appointed full professor in the Department of English as a Second Language at the University of Hawaii in 1981.
