Notes On My Personal Undoing: How Note-Taking Helped Me Adapt and Improve My Life After a Cancer Diagnosis

Rate this book
After being diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma simple everyday things like watching television and movies, shopping, and talking with friends just didn't feel the same anymore. Everything was so different! Adapting to a diagnosis was a challenge. I took notes along the way to mange how I felt, my observations of the world around me, and how I responded to stress. These notes evolved into a collection of essays, Notes On My Personal Undoing.

I am not an expert at anything. I made mistakes and bad choices, but I know I can undo some of those choices when I adjust my mindset. The only way it is possible to change my mind is to write the words I need to read and say the words I want to hear.
