Dad showed us the power of faith and the magic that could happen if one loved well enough. —Tysen Riveridge So begins the story of Ben and Morgan Riveridge. They had loved each other desperately, even after thirty years of marriage. Then Morgan’s sudden death leaves Ben grasping for meaning in life. His wife gone, his children grown and moved away, Ben sees no purpose to his life. He finally moves to the country, hoping to exorcise the memories of his lovely wife. Much to Ben’s surprise, his new neighbor Sophie Hall bears a remarkable resemblance to his late Morgan. Ben is delighted when the two became close friends. Whenever Sophie’s abusive husband was away, she and Ben were together. Ben begins to believe that his late wife had somehow “exchanged places” with Sophie. Could Sophie really be Morgan? This thrilling psychological romance builds to a surprising ending you will never forget. Don’t miss this testament to the power of love and the triumph of the romantic spirit.

Mr. Turrill was my high school teacher. He was amazing so I thought I'd buy his books. This is my favorite, I believe it's pretty close to the story of his life with the names changed, but it is an amazing love story that everyone should read.

I did not care for this book and really struggled to get through it. The son & Psychologist decided the fathers life should be written. It was in no chronological order which kept me confused.
