An inspiring and entertaining guide to using Walt Disney’s brilliant way-outside-the-box philosophy to change your nonprofit for the better!

For someone who is obsessed with Imagineering, this book didn't really give me anything NEW... But the way the concepts that I was already familiar with were put in a different context was very helpful. I'm still not 100% sure how to apply everything to the particular nonprofits I'm associated with... But the last chapter was helpful for that. I probably need to reread this one in about 6 months and see how it hits a second time. Overall, though, one of the better not-specifically-Disney-produced books using imagineering principles I've read.
