Rate this book
Margaret Mills was crippled as a young woman, but was determined not to let it hold her back. When orthodox treatment could do nothing for her, she used her nurse's training to develop her simple, natural treatment, which, against all her doctor's predictions, was completely successful. Since then her 'acid-free' approach has brought relief to thousands. Her daughter, Christine Horner, who now runs the Margaret Mills Clinic, continues her work. Here they share their unique drug-free method and inspire others with Margaret's hope and determination. This new and fully revised edition offers updated information about diet and reveals the effects of the new arthritis drugs.

A very interesting book and a useful read for anyone suffering from arthritis or anyone who knows somebody with arthritis.

Margaret Hills cured herself from crippling arthritis through diet and exercise.

Margaret believed that we are what we eat, and that by cutting acidic foods from our diets, such as cheese, milk, red meats, and citrus fruits, and replacing ready meals with a healthy diet that includes the taking of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), blackstrap molasses, and pure honey, plus soaking joints in Epsom Salt baths we can find a release from this painful disease for which medicine has failed to find a cure.

Inflammatory drugs and pain killers are big business, but are not a cure and could be doing more harm than good.

Margaret Hills, a state registered nurse, opened her own clinic in England, and successfully treated many arthritis sufferers. Her daughter, continues her great work.

Nothing new

I read this book hoping to find and get new information and advice. Unfortunately despite the extensive explanations on vitamins , minerals and food, I couldn't find anything new or helpful.
