Rate this book
Meet the Railway Rabbits! Join the irrepressible Longears family as they get in and out of scrapes, meet new friends, and perform daring rescues. But Burdock the buzzard and the terrifying Red Dragon, are always on the lookout for naughty rabbits who stray too far from home...

A piglet has escaped from Fairweather's Farm Park, on the run from an angry dog! Wisher, the smallest of the Longears family, is determined to help, and sets off in search of the little piglet. But it's a dangerous world for a little rabbit, and Wisher must be very brave if she wants to escape Burdock's clutches, a run-in with the Red Dragon, and save the day - with the help of new friend Parsley the mole.

5 stars from my daughters who are 4 and 6. We read all about Wisher in just a couple days. This is the perfect little chapter book to read aloud to children who are starting to be ready for longer read-alouds spread over multiple days. The world is charming with just the right amount of danger.
