I found this book very interesting and informative. A big part of trying to conceive is the mind set and this book highlights the importance of the mind-body connection.

It provides information on some causes of infertility and provides practical approaches to help combat these obstacles through nutrition, exercise and cognitive behaviour techniques.

Whilst it acknowledges that people can fall pregnant under sub-optimal circumstances (presence of alcohol, nicotine, obesity etc), this book is a source of known practices on how to achieve the best chances of pregnancy success based on applying ancient knowledge as well as the success of his own clients.

I have learnt a lot, and with my own health conditions in mind, I hope to apply some of this knowledge to my own life as I move towards an even healthier lifestyle.
But some of the nutrition guidelines to avoid certain foods will definitely be a struggle!
