This is a concise history of Virginia Beach. It’s a great launching point for seeking more history and very interesting.

Even though I was raised in Chesapeake, I now reside in Virginia Beach. This book provides a vast history of many cities in the 757. I appreciate how the book includes information on the Indians who were here first. This is a great book to keep for my children to read and pass on where they are from.
