very fun and funny, lots of good one-liners and brief stories. i wish Trapp would use a little more detail sometimes, and other times it's hard to tell how much he is editorializing, but altogether a short, legible, silly read with heart.

Trapp is simply the best when it comes to organizing. He's got the right attitude, the right motivation, and the ability to be as dynamic as he needs to be to deal with all kinds of people in a loving, challenging way.
