Their love will ignite a war in this Romeo and Juliet retelling from gripping New York Times bestselling author Chantal Fernando.
Romeo
I was born to rule the Devils MC. Every decision, every move I made was to further that goal—until I met Julianna. Falling in love with the granddaughter of the man who ripped our club apart was not in the cards, especially not now, when it’s finally time for me to take over as president. Duty to the MC comes first, but that battle cry feels empty when it means giving up the woman I love.
Julianna
My greatest sin was being born a woman. I’ve proven my worthiness in spades, but my father still won’t let me lead the Angels MC on my own. I’m nothing but his pawn, to be sold off to the successor of his choice. He wants me to fall in line, give up Romeo and keep the peace, but my loyalty comes with a price.
I’ll fight for what I want, even if it means going to war.
"She’s a walking red flag, yet all I can see right now is a carnival."

What to expect 🌻 Modern day Romeo & Juliet retelling 🌻 Sworn Enemies to lovers 🌻 Arranged marriage 🌻 Posessive MMC 🌻 Headstrong FMC 🌻 Forbidden love 🌻 Rival Motorcycle clubs 🌻 Dual first-person POV 🌻 Fast pace story 🌻 Spice
My Thoughts Johnny "Romeo" Montanna and Julianna Castillo were the heirs to rival MCs, and sworn enemies by association.
Julianna Castillo is confident, headstrong, and an overall powerhouse of a woman. From a young age, her father had arranged for her to be married to his choice of successor, Victor. The time for the arrangement to become a reality was fast approaching and Julianna was determined to do whatever it took to delay the marriage as long as she could.
Johnny "Romeo" Montanna is loyal, protective (a bit more than a little possessive), and has no desire for anything beyond sex - until Julianna.
"You can always sense what a woman wants and needs if you pay attention. And I do. To every gasp, every moan."
Can love really conquer all? Will they be able to break the generation rivalry and find peace amongst the MCs? Or will their love lead to their damnation? Fernando tells a tale full of lust turned into love, spice, drama, biker club turmoil, and a twist I never saw coming. Love Grudge was a fast-paced, page-turning, beautifully written modern-day rendition of the timeless classic of Romeo and Juliet.
“My bounty is as boundless as the sea, My love as deep; the more I give to thee, The more I have, for both are infinite.”
Thank you to NetGalley, Harlequin-Romance, and Chantal Fernando for allowing me to review this ARC of Love Grudge
**Thank you to Harlequin Australia for sending me a free copy of this novel in exchange for an honest review; published 29 January 2025, originally published 26 December 2023**
This one is exactly what it says on the cover: a modern retelling of Romeo and Juliet, set in the world of motorcycle clubs. In the Devils MC we have Johnny, AKA Romeo, who is about to take over the club. In the Angels MC we have Julianna who wants to take over the club but because she's a woman, her father is insistent on marrying her off to a man of his choice and her husband then taking over (yep, this one is set in modern times but apparently this is the legit plan). Julianna and Romeo meet, sparks fly, and so the drama ensues as these two aren't supposed to be together given their club rivalries. There are some sex scenes so if you like your romance smut free, this one is not for you. I found this to be a quick and easy read that I didn't need to concentrate too hard on, and luckily for our star crossed lovers they are destined for a better end than the original Shakespeare story. Overall I would say it's average as I thought it was okay but not great; a bit overly dramatic in parts for me.
This was actually really cute for a retelling of Romeo & Juliet. It's fast paced, if you're looking for something to get you out of a reading slump. The spice is minimal but it's there. I was surprised when it ended happily instead of tragic giving the nature of the original story.

A love triangle that creates two rival MCs, a forbidden romance, and a war building. Can Romeo and Julianna make the ultimate change to bring things back to how they should have been all along?
This Romeo and Juliet retelling motorcycle club style was fun and refreshing. I truly loved it! Can’t wait to check out more books by this author.
With the presidency of Devils MC was passed down from his grandfather to his father. Now, it’s time for Romeo to become president. The role he’s been raised in his whole life.
“I’m not leaving my birthright. This doesn’t belong to Victor—it belongs to me.”
It’s Julianna’s birthright to take over the Angels MC but their world is always being run by men. She is arranged to marry Victor. She won’t give up easily. Fighting for a change and what’s hers. She ends up falling for the new president of the Angels MC.
“I really want this, and I’m not going to let anything stand in the way of me becoming the next president.”
Victor isn’t going to back down from going after what he’s always wanted. Which causes a lot of problems between the Devils and Angels.
This book kept me on my toes! From secrets I never saw coming. From betrayals, forbidden love, spicy fun scenes. I read this book so fast. You will not want to miss out on this book!
“And this is one love grudge that will never be let go.”
Thank you, Chantal Fernando, Harlequin, and Netgalley for this EARC! As always, my review is my opinion and thoughts. This review will be shared on my Instagram @Alexandriavwilliams_ shortly.
This was such a great modern retelling of Romeo and Juliette - luckily without the 💀
Johnny and Julianna were never meant to fall in love. Not only is she already promised to another man by her controlling family but worse than that she’s from an MC that is a sworn enemy. Their love seems doomed!
Plenty of action, great spice and an ending that made me very happy. I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking to start a great new series.
Love Grudge is the first book in the Angels and Devils MC Series by Chantal Fernando. This is a Romeo and Juliet type tale with the typical forbidden love aspect between dueling families. I’m not typically one for the romeo and juliet type romane but with the motorcycle theme, this one surprisingly worked for me!
Johnny ‘Romeo’ Montanna is so close to getting everything he’s worked so hard for. With his father reaching his 50th birthday, the Devil’s MC is going to soon be handed to him and he’ll become the new President… But something dire is about to step in his path… While his brain wants the patch, his heart may be looking in a different deadlier direction.
Julianna Callisto is the heir to the Angel’s MC, which means she is arranged to marry a man who will soon become the new president of the Angel’s MC…. only Julianna has a new direction she wants to take the MC in, she wants to become the new president… Only her father is strict on her marrying his right hand man.
When Julianna runs into Romeo at her grandfather’s funeral, sparks fly between the two and a forbidden tale is weaved. Now Romeo will do everything in his power to make Julianna his, even if that includes going against his family….
My Thoughts:
Oh My CROW! You know that moment when you don’t realize you miss something until you pick it up and give it a read… That’s how I feel about Chantal Fernando! This is an author who is a master at her craft. She also happens to be one of my favorite Authors when it comes to writing intrancing MC romances! It’s been too long since I last picked up a novel from her. I’m craving a reread on a few series I fell in love with long ago.
But back to Love Grudge! This novel took me on a journey, and I never wanted to step off this ride! For starters, I loved the fact that Romeo and Julianna were both from families who were generational sworn enemies. I also loved the fact that this generational curse was about to be broken. I think this may have been my favorite aspect of the novel.
So let’s start with Julianna. Julianna is probably one of the most independent characters I’ve read in a long time. I loved her fire and her drive for success. I loved the determination she felt when it came down to her legacy. There were times I actually felt angry for her and the situation she was put in in regards to her legacy. I especially loved those special moments her grandmother (Libby Rose) and Julianna shared. These two had more of a mother/daughter relationship than she shared with even her own mother.
And then we have Romeo! I loved Romeo and all his swoony and possessive ways. I loved his overall vibe. This man is definitely a man I would want in my corner at all times. I loved the dangerous vibes he put off, but I also loved the way he was gentle and caring towards Julianna. My heart swooned when he confessed his love to her. When I say swoon, I mean heart eyes and a goofy smile on my face.
The only issue I had with Love Grudge, I would have liked to see the reconnection between two characters in this novel. I’m not going to mention who, due to spoilers. But I wanted more of those moments. There’s another scene I wanted a bit more from, that I thought was a bit too short. Due to spoilers I won’t mention any more of that scene either… Those are the only two reasons why i dropped a star on my rating.
Overall, I have to say, I loved Love Grudge! Chantal Fernando has a way of bringing her readers into her stories and places them on the sidelines. It felt like I was living this tale right alongside Romeo and Julianna. I can’t wait to see where this series leads!!
So excited for this new MC series from Chantal! Johnny is taking his place as president of his family’s MC, something he has always wanted his whole life but understands how much of an uphill battle it will be. Everything changes when he escorts his grandfather to the funeral of his ex-best friend and rival MC president, and he meets Julianna, the princess of that MC, and the sparks instantly fly. Julianna has grown up in the MC world but has always wanted to be taken like one of the guys because of her contributions to the various businesses. Her father is the president of the MC and has promised her to his second-in-command, and she is not happy about it. Johnny and Julianna decide to start seeing each other in secret because they wanted to see if there was something to those initial sparks, and it unravels a story about their grandparents that blew my mind! This was such a fun spin on a typical storyline of Romeo and Juliette, and the MC take on it added to the enjoyment I had reading it. I was on the edge of my seat reading this even though it’s a rather typical story line, which made me really love it even more and is a testament to Chantal’s writing. I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Love Grunge by Chantal Fernando brings a gritty twist to the contemporary romance genre, blending themes of music, rebellion, and love. The book’s raw, emotional tone is evident from the start, and Fernando excels at crafting characters who feel grounded in the tough, edgy world they inhabit. The grunge-era setting adds a nostalgic layer, appealing to readers who enjoy stories with a rebellious spirit.
While the novel starts with strong energy and an interesting premise, it struggles to maintain momentum. The romantic development between the characters feels a bit rushed at times, with emotional connections not as fully fleshed out as they could be. There are moments where the plot leans too heavily on familiar tropes, making the story somewhat predictable. The chemistry between the leads is there, but it lacks the intensity that would make the relationship truly memorable.
That said, Fernando’s writing style remains engaging, and fans of her work will appreciate the distinctive voice she brings to this love story. However, Love Grunge may leave some readers wishing for a deeper dive into the characters' emotional arcs and the grunge backdrop.
Overall, Love Grunge is an enjoyable read, especially for fans of edgy romances, but it doesn’t quite stand out from the crowded genre. A solid 3 stars.
Such a fun take on Romeo and Juliette! The motorcyle club spin, was great! I went into reading this thinking it was going to be tragic, but the story really only resembles Romeo and Juliette in the sense of feuding families and forbidden love. I liked the MCs Romeo and Julianna. They had good chemistry, and their romance didn't feel too rushed or forced. My only complaint is that I found the plot in the middle of the book dragged a bit, compared to the beginning and the end, which is why it took me a while to get through. But overall, it was a cute and entertaining read.
Thank you, Carina Press, Harlequin- Romance, and Netgalley for the ARC!
Thank you to NetGalley, Harlequin-Romance and Chantal Fernando for allowing me to review this ARC of Love Grudge!
Love Grudge is a modern revamp of Romeo and Juliet. Characters "Romeo" or Johnny and Julianna fall for each other; however, are both in rival biker MCs. With Julianna set to marry a man in an arranged marriage so he can head up her club and Romeo set to become the heir to his club there doesn't seem like there is a way for them to be together.
This story has the darkness and the enemies to lovers but forbidden love. It has action and spice, but not too much of it. I enjoyed this retelling of a classic with a different spin. I'd recommend it to those that love a little bit of a darker male main character, darker lifestyle, and those that root for true love to win!
Not sure I can say I really enjoyed this one. I mean at least for a Romeo and Juliet retelling, they are alive in the end. I didn't love the main characters. They don't do a very good job of sneaking around. I also thought it was gross that her family would make her marry someone just for the club. I did like the ending, so there is that. Not sure if I'll continue with the series.
Love Grudge is a brand new start to a new series by Chantal and should not be missed. Based on a similar concept of Romeo and Juliet forbidden relationship vibes…Romeo aka Johnny Montanna and Julianna Callisto meet by chance. Sworn enemies of two different MCs…result of a love grudge from years ago. One night eventually turns into more and eventually they become more😇
I really enjoyed Romeo and Julianna’s quest to be together and the obstacles that they endured…a few sad moments but some great happy moments with that ending. I can’t wait for more and I’m keen for whatever comes next.
I received an advanced copy via Netgalley and willingly leave my honest review❤️
I liked this a lot. Romeo and Julianna were perfection. Their instant chemistry was outstanding and palpable. I genuinely felt their love. However, I was a little disappointed there wasn’t more drama or how quickly it resolved whilst also not being resolved. I thought there was going to be more but I got to the ‘one year later’ chapter I was devastated there wasn’t more. I am glad, however, that this is a series and that Bella and River are next.
Good story a little slow pace. It did have good spice and the character development was really good. Would like to see a longer was left feeling like I wanted just a little bit more however I like everything wrapped up in a perfect bow

*Review: I missed biker romances and I'm glad I came back w/ this one. It was forbidden love with a Shakespearean twist where club politics, rivalry, and war had some unexpected causalities. It was a lose/lose situation for Romeo and Julianna, but somehow they forced both clubs to unite after so many years of contention.
LOVE GRUDGE is the first instalment in Chantal Fernando’s contemporary, adult ANGELS AND DEMONS dark, erotic, MC romance series. This is the new Devils MC president Johnny ‘Romeo’ Montanna, and Angels MC princess Julianna Callistos’ story line, a modern day Romeo and Juliet retelling.
NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be trigger for more sensitive readers.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Romeo and Julianna) LOVE GRUDGE follows the building but forbidden relationship between our story line couple. Johnny ‘Romeo’ Montanna is about to step up to the mantle of the Devils MC president, a position long held by the first born sons in his family but Romeo never thought he would meet his Juliet in Julianna Callistos, the only child and daughter of Angels MC president Paulie Callistos, and the Devils MC closest enemy. As a woman, Julianna is unable to assume the position as president, and she has been betrothed to a man she does not love. Falling in love with the enemy means a potential war on the horizon, a war that has been building for many years. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between Julianna and Romeo, and the potential fall-out as both MCs must come to terms with sins of the past.
The world building reveals the backstory and hatred between the Devils MC and the Angels MC. Once a single entity, love and threats of destruction broke apart the MC, and in the years to follow, a cool détente ensued.
The relationship between Julianna and Romeo begins by accident. A funeral, a broken-down car, and our couple found themselves caught in the pull of attraction and love. Knowing Julianna was promised to another man, Romeo is determined to claim our heroine as his own but in doing so set into motion a potential war. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate.
We are introduced to several members of both the Devils MC And the Angels MC including family, friends, and enemies. Not everyone will survive.
LOVE GRUDGE is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, obsession and murder, acceptance and love The premise is captivating and entertaining; the romance is seductive and fated the characters are determined and charismatic.
Johnny "Romeo" Montanna is the enemy, a man she should stay far away from, but she can't, as he is the man that owns her heart. They started as a little fling, something that feelings shouldn't have had no part in, but somehow they found their way in. But now obligations to their families and rival gangs have made their presence known and pretty much put a stop to things before they ever really had a chance to let those feelings take flight.
Now they are enemies, forced to keep their distance from one another, even if their hearts continue to push them together!
The pages of Love Grudge will have you at their mercy from start to finish, this well penned enemies to lovers story is bound to keep you entertained and on the edge of your seat! These two were never supposed to fall in love, let alone have anything to do with one another, but their hearts got involved and they never had a chance. They fought so much adversity and every step they took closer to one another the more dangerous things got. It wasn't an easy fall at all as they had so much standing in their way, but their hearts wouldn't give up and eventually they won out and these two found the happy they deserved!
I loved this newest offering from Ms. Fernando, it was packed with intensity, emotion, and steam... my three favorite things in an enemies to lovers read and it's characters were pretty amazing too! Highly recommend!
I requested an advanced copy of this title from the publisher, via NetGalley, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest and unbiased opinion.
This was a cute motorcycle club romance book. The story follows two leaders of opposite sides who are supposed to hate each other but fall in love. When I was starting this book, I have to say that I was not enjoying it. I was a bit confused as it felt like a chunk of the story was missing and I was supposed to know what was happening. Though slowly you begin to be familiar with how the MC world works and the characters which makes the story entertaining. The vibe of the writing I was getting felt very black and white (in a good way). Think of The Outsiders if you have read that book. The story is loosely based on Romeo and Juliet and I loved how not too much of the retelling went into it. I really enjoyed the setting and the fast pacing of the story. It's very action packed with many conflicts. This book follows two povs, of both Romeo and Julianna.
Romeo is part of the Devils MC and becomes a leader who begins to fall in love with Julianna. I liked his character and his respect for Julianna. Julianna is the heir to the Angels MC but her dad believes she should marry someone she doesn't want. I loved how fierce she was and how she was a great role model for women. Both of these characters had great character development and I loved reading their story. There are many side characters in this book. There were many amazing ones but there are some that I wonder how the author will write from their povs (if they do). The romance is one night stand, friends to lovers, and forbidden romance. The romance was cute and the chemistry between the two was a little faded.
The ending was well done and I really enjoyed the story. I'm excited to see what comes next in the MC world because I hope to read it. I can tell whose story it could be by the way the book went. Overall this was a very great book and I enjoyed the story.
*this book was sent to me by the publisher to give an honest review in return*
Love Grudge by Chantal Fernando was such a solid, addictive read and exactly what I want from an MC romance. The tension between Romeo and Julianna was there from the very first page, and the enemies to lovers vibe kept me hooked the whole way through. Romeo is every bit the broody, dark haired biker you want him to be. He’s possessive, protective, and rough around the edges. Julianna, with her softer exterior and quiet strength, was the perfect contrast to him. I loved watching her hold her own and refuse to be intimidated, even when everything around her screamed danger. The chemistry between these two was undeniable. The push and pull, the grudges, the sparks flying whenever they were in the same space, it all made for such an entertaining and satisfying build up. The spice was definitely there (🌶️🌶️🌶️), but it never overtook the story. It was balanced perfectly with plot, emotion, and MC drama. I also really enjoyed the MC world and the found family feel that Chantal Fernando created. The story flowed smoothly, kept me engaged, and delivered on both the romance and the grit. If you love motorcycle club romances, strong heroines, broody alpha men, and a mix of tension, heat, and heart, Love Grudge is absolutely worth the read.
Love Grudge offers a fun and refreshing spin on the classic Romeo and Juliet story, with a thrilling motorcycle club backdrop that adds an exciting edge to the familiar tale of feuding families and forbidden love. Going into it, I expected a tragic outcome, but the story only shares similarities with Romeo and Juliet in terms of the rivalry between families and the star-crossed romance.
The main characters, Romeo and Julianna, had great chemistry, and their romance felt authentic and gradual, avoiding the rushed or forced dynamic that can sometimes plague such stories. I appreciated their connection and enjoyed watching their relationship unfold.
My only real complaint is that the middle of the book felt a bit slow, especially when compared to the fast-paced beginning and the satisfying, action-packed conclusion. This made the reading experience drag a little for me in the middle, which is why it took me longer to get through. However, overall, Love Grudge is a cute and entertaining read that kept me hooked, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a light-hearted, modern twist on a classic romance.
I have been a fan of Chantal Fernando and her sexy and intense MC series for a while now, going back and forth catching up as I came into the series later into later in their inception, but when I found out there was a new story coming I couldn’t wait. I didn’t realize that it wasn’t connected to any of the existing series at first, but that didn’t stop me from wanting to dive right in and experience something new with Chantal. This story is a remaking of the classic Romeo and Juliet, but with a much more satisfying ending and a much more sensual storyline that will keep you interested and glued to your seat. Romeo is the crowned Prince of the Devils MC, born to the lead the club and ready to ascend to the thrown any day now when his father steps down, but he never realized that the greatest challenge to his rule would be his heart. Julianna is the crowned Princess of the Angels MC, once members of the Devils but forced to split from them and now dangerous rivals, and while she has been trained to rule the Angels, she is forced to submit to the men of her club, but when she meets Romeo her world changes forever. Despite the fact they know they are playing a dangerous game Romeo and Julianna are unable to resist the pull to one another and soon they find there is nothing in this world more important that finding a way to be together and the love they have found with one another. But enemies are determined to keep them apart if they can’t find allies and overcome the danger lurking around every corner determined to end their epic love story once and for all. I truly loved this story from beginning to ending, never quite knowing how Chantal was going to find a way for her lovers to pull their HEA out of the mess they’d made for themselves. Julianna was an interesting, strong, sassy, and amazing character; she was obviously made to be a queen, one that rules her people, not just one that sits by her man’s side as he ruled, and she was not going to let anything stop her from taking the reins. At every turn someone was trying to thwart her and put her into “her place” but she never let that stop her from fighting to do what needed to be done. Romeo was also a wonderful character, sweet and loving to his woman, deadly and badass to his enemies, and strong and stubborn when he needed to lead his men into war. So many times, I was afraid he would give up and walk away like so many men today would have, but he should the true strength of his love and backbone by standing up for his woman and finding a way to give her not only what she needed to survive but to thrive and for them to have their lives together. The passion between these two was off the charts from the very beginning and even when they were simply fighting never failed to spark, and I can see that being a backbone of heir relationship for the rest of their lives. I would love to see more in this world in the future for sure, but overall, this was a great story and definitely a fun and interesting take on Shakespeare famous love story by Chantal Fernando that every MC lover should pick up.
Love Grudge was the gripping first book in the Angels & Devils MC series and with the Romeo and Juliet vibes this story was thrilling, forbidden and passionate. A love story set in the dangerous world of two waring clubs with a long history of holding grudges.
Romeo is on the verge of becoming Prez of the Devils, he's been preparing for a long time to take over his family's legacy so he can't afford any distractions. Julianna is the granddaughter of the enemy, a rival club, he shouldn't want her but he does.
I loved the connection and the chemistry between Romeo and Julianna they were drawn together even though it was forbidden. They had so much in common, they're both ambitious, dedicated and loyal to their clubs. They fight for what they believe in and they'll go to war for each other.
Their story was fast paced, intense, spicy and dangerous, a gripping page turner from start to finish and I need more.
Love Grudge is a captivating modern adaptation of the timeless tale of Romeo and Juliet. In this riveting story, we are introduced to Johnny and Julianna, who find themselves irresistibly drawn to each other. However, their love is hindered by the fact that they belong to rival biker MCs. Julianna is trapped in an arranged marriage, intended to secure her position as the leader of her club, while Johnny is destined to inherit his own club. It appears that their love is doomed from the start, with seemingly no way for them to be together.
This enthralling narrative encompasses the elements of darkness, enemies-turned-lovers, and forbidden love. It strikes the perfect balance between action and passion, providing readers with an exhilarating experience. Chantal Fernando skillfully weaves a fresh and unique twist into this classic tale, making it a truly enjoyable read.
Thank you to the publisher and author for allowing me to review this ARC of Love Grudge!
First in the Angels and Devils MC series, in which Juliana is determined to become president of the MC that her father leads. With Romeo Montanna set to become president of his father's MC, it stands to reason that these two characters should be enemies, given that a feud has existed between the two families for at least 3 generations. But they, like Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, fall in love and are determined to stop the fighting between the two motorcycle clubs.
Making things even more complicated is Juliana's decision not to do what her father wants; namely, that she marry the man he's determined should be president and she his "old lady." Not for Juliana. She doesn't trust Victor nor can she imagine loving him.
So, how are these two romantic figures going to reorganize things when things go from bad to worse when one of Romeo's cousins is killed by Victor and the police have yet to charge him? And how will this affect the plans Romeo/Johnny and Juliana want to set in motion?
This will take a second to get used to, but I promise that you’ll get sucked in easily. Juliana and Romeo shouldn’t want each other. Or like each other. Or anything with each other. But the heart knows better than old grudges. And the secrets come out when someone is strong enough to buck the “tradition” they’ve been told to uphold. Some secrets are old and painful, some are fresh and painfully relieving. But once it all comes to a head, the true power is displayed and things are made right again.
I won’t lie. I wasn’t sure about this because everyone knows Romeo and Juliet were toxic and stupid. But Romeo and Juliana are anything but. They’re smart and cunning and confident. And they communicate! So I had to love them both. I also adore the comeuppance that a few receive here. I definitely look forward to more of these families.
It's been quite some time since I've read a Chantal Fernando book; this one does not disappoint.
Love Grudge is the exciting first book in the Angels and Devils MC series and follows the story of Romeo and Julianna. Love Grudge is a modern take on Romeo and Juliet with rival motorcycle clubs. If you know the story of Romeo and Juliet, then you know no good can come from a romance between Romeo and Julianna. Try as they might, Romeo and Julianna couldn't stay apart no matter how hard they tried. The stakes were high for these two characters and I couldn't wait to see how everything would come together in the end.
The Love Grudge kicks off the Angels and Devils MC series with one heck of a start and I look forward to reading more in the future.
*I was provided an ARC copy of this book via the publisher & NetGalley, in exchange for an honest review*
A modern day retelling of Romeo and Juliet with a HEA. Romeo Montanna is the president of the Devils MC and Julianna Callisto is the next in line for presidency of the Angels MC. But she can't be president, only the man she is arranged to marry can become president.
Rival MC members fall in love. There was a little twist at the end that I didn't expect but you can happily read this one without the tragic ending of Shakespeare's play.
I wasn't a huge fan of the writing, it just felt a little basic and some phrases were repeated too often (ex. "makes me see red"). It felt like things were thrown on the page and glossed over without a lot of detail, even the spicy scenes.
But it was a cute read if you like forbidden love, motorcycle clubs, and arranged marriages.
