A good introduction to the French language and grammar. Seemed to be slightly disjointed at times, I wouldn’t say it is a complete guide to French. However it was helpful, especially the grammar sections. Would recommend as a resource.

Perfect book if you already parles français un peu. You can find all the basic and intermediate grammar principles in it as well as useful vocabulary that might come in handy while travelling or staying in a French speaking country. You might benefit from it more if you’re an American since it contains lots of information about French culture and about Europe in general. Anyways, it’s my go-to every time I need to remind myself some conjugations or grammar rules.

Excellent review of French. This covers elementary and intermediate French coursework and fills in any blind spots I had with my learning. The only thing I wish there was more of in this book was an understanding of French culture. There is very little cultural content in this book if any.
