Not quite as "instructional" as I thought it would be but a good read for people who have parents or significant others for whom discussions about how to handle tough situations that come with aging need to happen. I have been through this situation personally with my father for whom the conversations were not done well and it made things much more difficult. Currently going through it with my step-mother and it's a little more under control through prior experience.

I was looking for a resource to get better handles on the responsibility I carried once I was named as executor of my parents' wills (and their POA). This was a great resource and we have had some good conversations (albeit a bit awkward at times) because of it. I would recommend it to anyone who does or will carry any responsibility with their parent's care as they age.

I get guilt from my parents. I get guilt from my brothers and sisters. I get guilty feelings all on my own. I don't need some stranger guilt-tripping me with his book!
