It all comes down to money and knowing how the system works allows those of us in the system to move more easily through it, maybe even make better financial decisions.

This is a book I perused as an undergrad and am returning to in earnest in hopes it will make my job easier. It already has, and I see many good insights on the horizon...

It's very dry, but its a book on public finance, got it?
