This is going down as one of my favorite recipe books. Simple, fast and tasty all around. Faves include: Chicken w/ Wild Mushrooms, Tex-Mex Ribs, Cilantro Lime Chicken. I love how the ingredients don't call for any shortcuts therefore you're eating real food. There is also a small footnote on the bottom of each recipe that tells you nutritional values. I didn't think I would care for a book with all text and no illustration/photos but being that there are only 5 ingredients and short, easy to read directions, it didn't matter.

I don't believe it's necessary to limit ingredients so much in order to produce quick and simple meals, especially since they include herbs, spices and sometimes oils among those ingredients. It's just limiting creativity and flavour.
