I grew up in a small northern Minnesotan town married my high school sweetheart, had two beautiful children and as soon as we could we moved to a warmer climate. I have worked with my husband building and decorating custom homes for years. After loving every kind of vampire book, movie and series I decided that I wanted to know more. I can write a book I thought, how hard can that be? Well.... But I stuck to it and finished my first book Royal Blood Chronicles Book One in August 2009. I now have ten books and three novellas in the Royal Blood Chronicles, two in Phantom Lives, three in the adult dystopian Pathogen series, two in h thriller/mystery series Silken Ties, with Corporate Ties and Thorns of Revenge and 25 books in total. My parents always told me that I could do anything that I wanted, work hard, study and do it right. I believe that and live that way every day.

I started writing this new vampire series for teens and their moms because I myself wanted something different to read. I was tired of all the modern versions of vampire books, there had to be more to these long lived beings. Where had they been what had they seen? I wanted, no I NEEDED to know more so Royal Blood Chronicles was born! As in Royal Blood Chronicles, Phantom Lives features strong female characters and action and adventure mixed with romance, friendship and a historical backdrop

I felt better about this one

Getting to know you, makes my heart warm that they can have this time, after missing out on so much. There are still a lot of secrets, and deception around them. Lots of enemies too.

From the minute you start reading the first word, you are brought right back into this wonderful world were we left off.
Katrina has proved herself time and time again to be such a strong, loving, loyal leader of the five, it makes my heart feel so good that she can be a great role model.Even as a vampire she has morals, compassion, for all beings.

There sons who they have been reunited with have all there parents strong suites, and my heart bleeds for the fathers. They lost there sons and there wives also. Knowing they were alive and not being part of there lives was just as heart wrenching for them.

We lost 2 Queens, Toa lost his mother and eventually the love of his life, Katrina. Cain has also lost his love. The lesson from this book is to remember that everday is a gift, because we are not promised happiness tomorrow.

Elizabeth Loraine has me hooked on both her series, and I can't wait for the next book in either one....Thanks,

A good read. Although the author must not read reviews as the proofreading is still bad but not as bad ad the first 6 books. Read the book in a night couldnt put it down. Looking forward to the next in the series.

I was so excited to read it but it left me really disappointed. The further I keep getting into the series it just seems to be more rushed and so much info in so little time.... I don't know this book left me with a weird feeling. I love the characters, I'm invested, I just need more...

I really wanted to give this book 5 stars but I feel like we've gotten lost in the series. The series has gone on too long. I feel like the storyline now is just filler and there is nowhere to go with it.
