It was good, but I think it could've been a bit better! The techniques weren't always super clear, nor the examples. It did make me feel like I can control my emotions better!

This was the first NLP book I read and I can't say it was any sort of groundbreaking to me. I don't know if it's NLP not being exactly as I anticipated, or if it was the way it was written; it just sounded like the usual self-help with different names attached to it, and a "how" question replacing the usual "why" to identify triggers/causes/relations and be able to modify behavior.

It feels like this book would only be good if you feel you need to attach slightly more scientific facts/names to things because "mindfulness" is too hippie.

That said, it's not a bad book, it's simply just... OK.
