I received this book free from the author and I enjoyed it very much. It is about an ER doctor and a Security Guard. The Security Office help a young pregnant girl in from a cab. Just as SHE comes into the ER THE baby is born. With all that is going on in the ER THE doctor forgets to BUT an Emergency bracelet on it before it is taken upstairs. Shortly after the baby is kidnapped. THEY join together to find the baby and fall in love.
This started out with a birth in the ER. And shortly afterwards a missing new born. The attending doctor in the DR and a guard become involved in trying to figure out how the baby was kidnapped. Along the way they start to fall for each other. Both have baggage from their own past. Will there be answers the many questions? Will Spence and Joanne have their own unique happy ending?
Spencer was once a RMPT but retired when his ex wife was killed and his daughter injured, now he works security at the hospital. Joanne is a widow and a ER doctor. They meet while helping a young woman who is delivering her baby, but it goes missing. But the two seen to click.
Wow!! This story kept me hooked from the time I started ! Joanne and Spence are great characters. Loved the family dynamics and relationships ! Can't wait to read more!!
This book had several errors in typing. One in particular was L'LL should have been I'll. Call me stupid but it took me more than one glance to realize what it was suppose to say. I especially enjoyed the ending of this book.
Full Recovery was an excellent story. There were a few spots where it tended to drag but then it would pick up again. Joanne and Spence are on the hunt for a newborn baby kidnapper and proceed to fall in love.
I work in the medical field and I love all types of medical fiction. This has the best of both worlds, medical mystery and medical romance. You won't be disappointed!
Another great book from Bobby Hutchinson. Romance, drama, solutions, communication, without cursing and only implied sex. Looking forward to reading more!

Joanne is a highly respected emergency room physician, and Spence was a highly respected member of the RCMP. But when a car crash took his ex-wife's life and crippled his daughter, a devastated Spence left the force, feeling it was all his fault. All he can handle now is working security at St. Joe's.

What a great story. Bobby Hutchinson rocks. Her stories are straight forward, full of love, romance, suspense, and babies! 5 stars.
This is the second book I have read from this author & I was not disappointed. The way she weaves a story so that a read feels like they are right there with the characters as opposed to just reading about it. You could feel the emotions that Spencer & Joanne had for one another & you the pains of their pasts that crowded their futures. There is HEA so you can be happy.
