Gone with the Blastwave is a wonderfully dark post-apocalyptic war comic about messed-up people in a messed-up city just trying to get by. The brand of humor isn't for everyone, but if anything in the sentence above tickled your fancy you should read it immediately.

If you'd like to read, you'll have to go to the Gone with the Blastwave website, which, as the creator begrudgingly admitted updates "never" so it's a pretty short read (which is really the only bad thing that can be said about the comic).

If you want a printed copy you are shit out of luck, my friend. There were only two (I believe?) printings of an actual book in 2007 and I believe everyone who owns a copy is pretty darn possessive of theirs.

I haven’t checked the authors website in a hot minute but to my knowledge this book is a bit hard to track down and all the reposts on Pinterest are out of order…but then a lone VA said: what if I dubbed this entire comic (so far) and upload it to YouTube. Despite the synopsis this book is a dark comedy by one of the creators that work on romantically apocalyptic

Brings back so much nostalgia, one of the best 'older' webcomics. Amazing artwork and dark humor.

This was good and I liked the art. However, I didn't get all of the jokes (might not be precisely my kind of humour). But it was a wonderful, dark, humour and I think a lot of people enjoy this a lot :D

So pathetically short, but amazing artwork, and very cynical humor make this a must-read. If the end comes, I hope it's like this.

I fell in love with this in every way. The wonderful art to go alongside the morbid humor is perfect.
