There are two parts to this: the screen and the sourcebook.

The screen is a thick stock screen with a panoramic view of Lake-Town on one side and charts on the other. No screen can contain every chart in the game, so there's some things I would have done differently, but overall it's a pretty good screen.

It is roughly divided into four sections: core tasks and health states, combat, social encounters, and corruption. I would have probably replaced the corruption charts with a table of weapon stats and the charts for the journey rules, but a choice had to be made, and this one helps emphasize the importance the corruption rules have in the game.

The sourcebook is a nice one. Like a lot of booklets that come with GM screens, I suspect some of this information was meant to go in the core rules but was cut for space. The rules for playing Men of the Lake are the most likely to have been meant for the core rules, as their lack was a somewhat glaring hole in the character creation section. This is definitely the most useful section of the sourcebook.

The rest of the book ranges from good to adequate. The description of Lake-Town is good, and provides a reasonable level of detail for what is meant to be the first home base for many campaigns. The optional detailed money rules are nice for those who want them, although I much prefer the more abstract system from the core rules. The description of the festival of Dragontide felt to me like it was filler, but I suppose it could make for a good event to add some color or bring a fellowship together for the first time at. Finally, the section on the Long Marshes adds a bit more detail to the area that was described in the introductory adventure from the core rules, either letting the Loremaster expand on that adventure if they haven't run it yet, or giving them some new details and threats to use should the fellowship end up back in that area.

One final note given a complaint I made concerning the core rules: the sample PC for Men of the Lake is a woman. It's nice to see that someone apparently noticed the unfortunate faithfulness to the source material in terms of gender balance among the pre-generated characters provided in the core rules, as this helps to correct that issue.

I'm unclear on whether the Loremaster's Screen counts as a book, but I accept it as a 1pt towards my 100-book reading goal

For the price, this is a really good product! You have a beautiful screen and the Lake Town sourcebook. It is well written with good pictures. It is a little thin but I rather wanting more from a product than to be bored after hours of useless details.
