This book was a great read! It took me a long time to read because grad school cut into my "reading for pleasure" time. I definitely learned a lot from this book & have a lot of great coping tools. I think I will pick this book up again when I have time to read it at a better pace...but again self-growth isn't a race but a process.
This is an excellent book for anyone dealing with Anxiety. It goes into such detail about the subconscious and conscious mind. I highly recommend this book.
