I needed this book and referred to it often. It helped me feel better about freaky things that happened to my body and/or mind that I wasn't sure were normal or not. (They were normal. Hallelujah.) I'm glad I read it before I had the baby as well as afterward. Helped me plan, cope, and have proper expectations of the gross, glorious time of life that is postpartum.
A very useful reference to go along with my "What to Expect" books. I'll definitely be referring back to this one again when I am in the postpartum phase of my life.
