Stunning, simple, punchy recipes from a true master. All are near perfect as they stand - at three ingredients - but they will also inspire you to tinker and experiment. You must try the lemon-buttermilk ice-cream, the chicken with lemon and pepperoni, and the bittersweet cocoa sorbet. Tell me what you made and how you changed it.

Rozanne's philosophy of cooking is so appealing to me - a few quality ingredients, cooked properly, with flavorful results. I have found her recipes are great for putting together a rather quick week night meal. Last night, I made the roasted asparagus with fried capers. It was easy, delicious and bursting with flavor.
