Len Robert's "Sweet Ones" is a very fully-fleshed out poems of domestic life made mythic. Lucid in description and attitude, simple in diction, lush in wildlife and images, and profoundly truthful. It does seem like a collection from a more sincere place than most of the poetry released currently, but can also feel a bit repetitive in its imagery.
