About the author

John Escott started by writing children's books and comic scripts, but now writes and adapts books for students of all ages. He especially enjoys writing crime and mystery thrillers, and is a member of the British Crime Writers Association.

Em này thuộc stage 1 trong bộ Oxford Bookworms nên từ vựng siêu siêu dễ, với một đứa yếu tiếng Anh như mình thì khởi đầu này rất dễ chịu.

Trong sách viết tất tần tật mọi "fact" về New York, cả từ lịch sử, dân số, khu cho đến những nơi ăn chơi, bảo tàng, nhà hát. Lúc đầu đọc cứ cảm giác như mình đang luyện Reading ý vì nó y chang mấy bài tụi mình học hồi cấp 3, ĐH và có phần "Activity" ở cuối như test ấy. Về sau thì thấy em này là một cuốn cẩm nang du lịch cực kì hữu ích. Giả bộ sau này có điều kiện đi New York thì sẽ mang em này theo.

-I think that New York is urban city. Many people come and go.
5.This book briefly introduce about The Big Apple. It is very easy and fun to read. The street number of many places introduced in this book. I was especially interested in parade and museums in New York. I found a lot of difference between the US and Japan. This book may make you want to go to New York!

I will go New York in this Vocation Before I go to this city I can know it from this book. Specially I7m lloking forward to going Broadway.

I think it is very easy to read - short with simple words. I read aloud it and I was enjoying it. There is some information of New York. I really wanted to go there!!!
