Read this to help in my career! It was written more directly to small business owners and had some ultra specific portions that don’t necessarily apply to my situation.

That being said, this was a helpful book for understanding how EOS works, why business process is important, and how to effectively implement or improve business processes to help companies succeed! Hoping I can apply some of these ideas in my current and future roles.
