I read the Arabic version and skimmed through the English one whenever I wanted to dig deeper into the text.

It's perfect. Just perfect.

This is the most authentic and intimate book I've read in a long time. It gently helps you understand why you are the way you are, especially in the context of abandonment and rejection and how only an intimate relationship with God can heal you.

It's not a step-by-step therapy book. Instead, it's a reflective, hope-filled invitation to move from striving for acceptance to resting in being loved.

I felt deeply connected to the author because of the vulnerability and authenticity she showed while sharing her story. One of my favorite parts was reading excerpts from her prayer journals. They genuinely inspired me.

I'm happily looking forward to exploring more of her books and resources. 🤭❤️

For me, this wasn’t just a book; it was a mirror that reflected my own longing for acceptance and security. As I turned the pages, I could feel God’s gentle reminder: “You are My beloved, and you are safe with Me.” The author’s words spoke straight to wounds I didn’t even realize were still tender, and she offered not quick fixes, but deep, lasting truths rooted in Scripture.

An excellent book on discovering our identity as a beloved child of God without strings attached. Speaks a lot about growing closer to God through practicing the presence of God. She argues that it's only through intimacy with Christ does Scripture move from our heads into our hearts.

As the "person" who is Truth becomes real to us, His "promises", which are true, become real to us.
