On m'a conseillé ce livre et malheureusement je l'ai trouvé peu pertinent. J'ai de la difficulté à comprendre le but du livre, s'il y en a un. Les anecdotes des collaborateurs sont parfois bien écrites, parfois intéressantes, mais le recueil manquait de sens pour moi.
