Funny, irreverent, and bringing his wide range of experience from the military and private sector alike, this is a book that should be required reading for every manager. Instead of a bunch of boring platitudes about getting the best out of people, we get stories with hard lessons about how to take accountability, lead effectively, and understand what drives people from an insanely funny writer who's seen it all.
