Best baking book I have ever owned. Written by a home baker, wonderful recipes, clear and easy to follow instructions. I have baked from this every week since I bought it and all of my family have favourites and make regular requests.

Amazing book, the recipes are straighforward but look just like the pictures and taste gorgeous. Knocks spots of our celebrity chefs
