Consideration of Instructional Application (3-4 sentences in your own words): This book could be read when learning about the season of summer. In my curriculum, I used this book before doing the ‘ice cream math’ activity. During the activity we talk about why ice cream melts in the summer, and part of this book shows a child getting sticky from eating ice cream in the sun.
