Please Note: This book is a 2 in 1 book. 2 Stories in 1 book. The 2nd story in this book is called: Haunted House.
Haunted House starts on page 66.
Update: I've just finished reading the book fully. Very nice reading. Nothing great in this book so i rate it at 2 & 1/2 stars at most. I'll keep an eye out for the other titled book by this Author.
