This was a very informative read. This lady has certainly seen some things and is well travelled. If you are looking to be humbled, along with an easy read. This is your book.

This wasn't what i expected. I had the idea after reading the back it would be stories of patients and treatments etc a bit like call the midwife instead it was a story of her journeys and her perspectives and experiences. I liked it it wasn't what i thought it was going to be but i loved reading of all the different places and people she met along the way.

An interesting journey written by an adventurous nurse. Anne travelled the world working in war torn South East Asia and remote area's of Canada and Australia. Once retired she returned to visit those places now touched (and contaminated) by the 21st century. An interesting read.
