I can’t tell you how long this has been on my TBR. It was given to me when I was getting really into yoga. I think that I would have liked it way more if I had read it before the other books that I enjoyed more. It was a very explanation of the things that I actually liked. And there was also this weird sexual aspect that I just really had no desire to like all that much. It also didn’t help that this book was very outdated and it was very apparent. Overall just was not a fan.
