Five stars for what it was in its day -- brilliant, irreverent, in-depth political humor unlike anything else out there. And apparently I've had it on my shelf for 30 years -- Wow, does that make me feel old! (It also makes me feel like I don't know when to let things go.) I suppose its current-day equivalent would be Ruben Bolling's intermittently brilliant Tom The Dancing Bug comic.
