I lament this too often, but again, I wish Goodreads would allow for half-star ratings, because I'd give this a 3.5. Fairly clear explanations of how emotional injuries, particularly from long past, can manifest into bodily pain that can be easily triggered and become chronic.

Bacci provides some posture and motion exercises that could help. At times, for me, the work became a little abstract (my word here for what sounds insulting: "woo-woo"), but I found value in some of the explorations of pain and relief.

Some very interesting information about how small changes in the way we hold ourselves can relieve chronic pain.
