Good story, well written. I wonder about Kelsey however. As a a prosecutor, she must be aware that it is almost impossible to successfully prosecute a second person for the same crime, even more so when the first suspect was convicted. In spite of this, and in spite of her doubts, she vigorously went after Billy Fletcher. The book ends without letting us know if she got a guilty verdict on Morgan Fletcher.

This was my first time to read a book by this author. It was easy to read and full of suspense. I will definitely try to read other books of his.

I read Local Rules by Jay Brandon previously and that seemed to me to be a more believable and cohesive yarn.

Though not breathtakingly suspenseful, this tale keeps the reader wondering, and hoping its protagonist will succeed in her venture.
It also delivers some surprises before it's all worked out. A most satisfying read.
