This was a good read. This book gives you the opportunity to examin yourself in several different ways. With many exercises you not only begin to see yourself but you also see yourself as others see you helping you to increase your self-insight. The authors of this book make it easy for you to interpret the scores, profiles, and what the difference between them mean.
