Read this in nearly one sitting! Great way to assess your personal and professional strengths and how to work with those who have similar and different strengths compared to you. Would highly recommend taking the assessment!

The book is very informative and I do think the assessment is and will be very useful!!! i wouldn't have read this book if it weren't for work tho...
