Great title for a poorly organized book. What it lacks in technical details it tries to compensate with essence-less repetitions. The resulting work is all over the place.
In many occasions it even fails to follow the sequencing previously stablished by itself.

They really needed an editor. A good third of the time, the term "IT" wasn't even capitalized. Not very helpful or interesting. It was hard to remember much.
