I’m a cold-blooded killer.
The debt collector.
Enforcer for Fallen Ravens MC.

My roots run deep in the dark underbelly of New York. I was raised by the devil himself, groomed to kill and destined to one day rule his Empire. Until an unforgivable act of betrayal caused me to walk away from it all, vowing to never return.

I’ve created my own destiny.
I live by my own rules.
My loyalty lies with the club. Fallen Ravens blood flows through my veins.
They are my chosen family.

Sukie evokes something in me.
Something primal.
She’s a shy, beautiful woman, labeled an outcast and shunned for the sins of her mother.
I shouldn’t want her, but I do.
She’s strong but broken- too fragile for a man like me.
It only makes me want her more.

Unfortunately, no matter how deep a grave you dig, the stench of some secrets can’t be eradicated.
My old life collides with the present, and the devil himself wants me to come home and sit on the iron throne.
Two obstacles stand in his the woman I love and my club.
My father is threatening to destroy them both if I refuse to comply.

I don’t do ultimatums.
If the devil wants a war, he’s got one.
I’ll burn his entire Empire to the ground and pile the bodies at the gates of Hell to protect what’s mine.

Harlem and Sukie.. SWOON 😍

Aug 2023 review: THE ENDING TOOK ME OUT 😂😭

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve read a book by Crystal & Sandy and I’m beating myself up for it because holy hotness. This was amazing! I loved Harlem so much but even more so the way he treats Sukie. SWOON. 😍

I only wish there was an epilogue of them a few years down the road.

~He’s the enforcer of the Fallen Ravens MC and she’s the sweet, shy small business owner. He tries to stay away knowing she deserves better but what if that’s not what she wants?~

So we saw hints of this couple in the last book, but with this one it was on! Sukie deserves so much, she is so good that you cant' help but to like her. I really wanted things to work with Harlem and fast, which they did. When the threat came for the club and all those associate to the club, Sukie and her mother were pulled in. This could have been bad, but it didn't turn out that way. I loved how this bad situation brought more people to Sukie's mom's life, especially with what Sukie saw at the end. I was glad that the threat was taken care of quickly and for ever, along with the petty harassment that seemed to follow Sukie and her mom. It looks like smooth sailing ahead for them all!

I was so excited to get my hands on Harlem. I was intrigued by him but the fact that he was paired with the quiet Sukie made me even more wanting to read it! We get a beautiful story of two total opposites but with such passion and so many twists. The push and pull was magnetic. The spice, perfection. Overall, this was a great addition to the Fallen Ravens MC!

Incredible! Absolutely incredible. I loved every bit of this book. Barnes and Suki were so amazing together. I loved it. This one seemed to be more of a slow burn with the couple getting together which was so good! It made so much sense for their relationship. There was very much a push and pull with them. When they finally got together it was magic! I loved that we got to see some characters from the kings series. It was fantastic!
The epilogue got me excited for the next book!

It's no new news that I love these two authors.
I love their writing so freaking much that I've read their entire series more than once. Lol
These two are spectacular and their books are to die for.
Crystal Daniels and Sandy Alvarez are brutal with a pen, and if you've read their books, you know what I'm talking about.
Harlem is their latest release and it's the second book from the Fallen Ravens MC series.
Guts, read book 1 first, and then read this one. By doing that, you'll understand this new book better.
This book explores the lives of Harlem and Sukie.
Harlem is the enforcer for the Fallen Raven MC.
He's a killer, with a past marked by betrayal. He was groomed to become a killer and ruthless to run the Empire until one day, all of that changed.
Now, he lives for his club, bleeds for his brothers, and doesn't take shi from anyone.
Sukie is no stranger to pain. Her mother's mistakes had their toll on her, making her being look at with disdain.
She's shy, with a rare beauty that it spiked Harlem's interest.
But being on his radar...
Omg, how I missed these girls' writing.
How I missed their books.
Perfect plot, well written, super engaging, and intense.
What I love the most about their writing is the ability to put me on edge waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Once I started to read this book I realized it was an impossible task to stop.
Things were happening in a way that made me devour this book in one sitting.
Loved the danger that lurked in the shadows as well as the sexual tension between the characters.
In the beginning, I wanted to slap someone... Jesus, let's talk about being dense...
Loved the way the story progressed and loved watching their love blossoming.
And I was ecstatic when Glory made an appearance.
And the Volkovs as well.
I miss those guys.
Overall, it was another masterpiece that will hook you up.
And that ending... Girls... I just wanted to let you know that you have some explaining to do...
Sandy and Crystal, oh girls, how I missed your writing. This book was amazing as always, Now go write... I need more... I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Sukie and Harlem are both equally obsessed with each other, but one is too shy to admit it, while the other is too hardheaded. They both also harbor pasts that define them. Unfortunately, Harlem allows his to have greater control over him. Because of Sukie's past, the town around her is against her. Harlem starts changing his tune the more he learns. Then, one moment changed everything between them.
After that, their relationship became instant. It honestly felt like a slow burn at first, but then we got the instalove feel we've come to know and love from Sandy & Crystal.
Another guarantee is the drama, and this one has it. Pasts never stay there, truths are exposed, and players come in, showing how connected these people are.
I enjoyed seeing how Harlem grew out of his past and stepped into the future he knew he wanted. He's pushed himself outside of what he was raised to be and has allowed himself to feel. Sukie brings out the side he had to stuff down and hide. She helps him feel love, and he helps her see she isn't the "plain Jane" she thinks she is.

This was some seriously sexy, growly, broody goodness! Harlem is a man of few words, he mostly growls and keeps his eyes on the prize, a.k.a Sukie. He keeps his distance but keeps drifting towards her no matter how hard he tries not to. Fortunately, Sukie's sweetness has him hooked and he can only hold out for so long. Sukie was an absolute doll. Life has been hard, sometimes brutally so and there was no hope of it getting better. That all changed when she met Sage and Juniper and they brought the club into her life. Her crush on Harlem was slowly consuming every thought and dream she had. She had no idea how he really felt. Experiencing them getting together and working towards their happy ever after was everything! Her loyalty and devotion shined through everything she did and proved she was everything Harlem could ever want or need. I think these two will go down in my book as my favorite couple in the Fallen Ravens. This sister duo is truly amazing, I adore everything they write. They are incredibly gifted at storytelling and I'm so grateful they share their work with us!

Sukie and Harlem!! What a ride....
Due to her past, Sukie is the constant target of many people who are against her in the small town in which they live.
And...
Harlem, the broody biker has a past that weighs heavily on him also.
While they are both drawn together and let's be honest equally obsessed, neither are willing to take the plunge..
Well...
That is until jealousy rears its head and danger looms..
Then...
I guess you could say slow burn becomes in an insta-love story with all the touch her and die vibes.

Crystal and Sandy have once again given us a story that is filled with suspense, action, drama, twists and turns, emotion, a heroine that damn well deserves a HEA and broody/protective AF bikers who will kill for them and protect them always.
I loved how Harlem brought Sukie out of her shell and made her feel safe and Sukie helped give Harlem the love, the family and future he wanted and deserved.
I'm loving the Fallen Ravens MC and after that what in the whhhhaattttttt ending I'm looking forward to Book 3.

Like with all these authors books, it was a cute one! Pretty short too I finished it in 1 day. Keeping Denver is still my favorite tho.

Summary SPOILERSSSS

Sukie owns a handmade body care shop in town. Her mother and her are outcasts in town because her mother allegedly killed her husband who was a cop. It was actually Sukie who killed him but Alice took the fall. Harlem aka Luca is the son of NYC Mafia boss. He ran away when he caught his wife cheating on him with his dad. Luca and Sukie have always had crushes on each other but after Sukie and Alice get bullied and threatened, he starts taking care of them and they fall in love and get together very quickly. His father comes back for him tho and gives him and ultimatum: come back to the mafia or they reveal Sukie’s secret. Sukie gets kidnapped by the father but Luca comes and saves her and kills his father. They live HEA!

As per usual with these authors there is no 3rd act breakup or silly miscommunication trope.

IM SORRY IS THE NEXT BOOK GOING TO BE BAJA AND ALICE?????

Harlem is book two of Sandy and Crystals newer series, The Fallen Ravens MC. This is a touch her and die MC romance focusing on Harlem and Sukie's journey.

Harlem is dark and broody. He had an ugly childhood that lead him to be the man he is today; cold, stoic, and ruthless. He never hesitates and there are no second chances. That's what makes him a fierce enforcer of the MC. But Sukie brings out a different side to Harlem that he is trying to keep boxed up.

Sukie is hard working, shy, and at times skittish. She's also caring, protective of those she cares about and has been through her own personal nightmare. She's use to being alone, so making new friends and being around the MC is a big change.

This book contained drama, violence, action, death and revenge. Juniper brings out the humor, and I love her for it! It's darker, grittier, and edgier then past the MC Series from Crystal and Sandy. I'm still holding hope that Juju is getting her own book!

Couldnt get any better

Wow, i just loved this book. These men, phew what can i say, only that they are blinkin awesome and their background definitely do not impact on how they are today. And in this case Harlem, got out of his family business and today he is a better man for it even though he is big and hard, a man who you dont want to cross. As for Sukie, i just loved her character, she was such a sweetie and i loved that she had the two girls as her friends.
Sukie really likes Harlem but Harlem dosnt think hes good enough for Sukie, however things start changing when theres trouble afoot. It seems Harlems father is in town and wants Harlem back, and what Harlems father wants he gets, however this time Harlem is determined that he wont get his club, him or his women.

These two lovely ladies really do write such wonderful stories, i cant wait to see who comes next!!

Absolutely loved.

Wow, wow, wow! Hot Dauumm 🔥 ladies you have truly outdone yourselves with this jewel of a story. You can't help but get immersed in the stories that they bring to life on the pages of their books. Where they draw you into a world that feels real and you want to be a part of their community.
Harlem and Sukie each are broken in their own way with past heartaches, ghosts and demons that have been haunting them.
There is an undeniable pull between them but he pushes her away but for how long?
When Harlem's past comes back with a vengeance and threatens everyone and everything he loves, his MC family once again prove they will do whatever it takes for one of their own.

Oh and the little surprise appearance was 😘.

I received an ARC from the authors and I'm voluntarily leaving my review.

Once again I'd give it more than 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could.

We’re back to the Ravens MC. With Harlem and Sukie.

Sukie had me intrigued wanted to get to know her more. Why people didn’t like her. Why they kept in vandalizing her shop. There was just a lot of questions into Sukie. And we got to know more about her. I liked her she was sweet nice and caring. She really needed to stand up for herself because it was not fair how they got away with everything they did to her.

Harlem I really wanted to know about him his whole backstory. I was surprised he had a mafia background I was so not expecting that at all. It was a huge awesome surprise we got to see two of my favorite mafia men. I was also not expecting that one. Ok now to me it felt like there was not much to go after the whole incident with Sukie and Harlem. I was hoping there was more of a prologue or more on the whole topic of harlems mafia family so to speak. Like what territory belonged to them. Or was it generation mafia or just something his father got involved. And more into what lead to his father wanting him dead. I honestly was waiting for the book to be a little more dark simply because Harlem was giving that dangerous dark brooding vibe. But to me this was more like Gabriel from kings of distribution. But again that was just me I still enjoyed his book can’t wait to read about every member.

I loved this book!!

Harlem and Sukie both have hard pasts that you just want to hug them and turn back the clock to give them better. You can tell they both want each other but he tries to distance himself from her but at the same time still protects and takes care of her. For me that made the smaller things that much sweeter and melt my heart – the hand holding, the sanctuary, the protectiveness and the first time ‘I love you’ was said. You see the love and family from the club and her with her mom, not to mention Sage and Juniper everyone should have friends like them! I love what the shirt said LOL I did not want this book to end.

Perfection!!!!

This book is EVERYTHING!!! I laughed out loud so many times!
Harlem and his sweet Sukie were introduced in the first Fallen Ravens MC book along with the other amazing cast of characters. I adore these 2 together. Such a perfectly matched couple.
Their road to a HEA is filled with trepidations, secrets, mystery, intrigue, MC drama and super spicy good stuff.
We also have some visitors in this book that I, quite literally, cheered out loud for.
I cannot even express how much I loved this one. And the ending?!?!?!? OH. MY. GOODNESS. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars.

Harlem and Sukie = endgame!

I looooved this book! I wanted to give 5 stars but I just felt like the ending fell flat for me and I wish there would have been a little more steam.

There felt to be a lot of story in the beginning that wasn’t needed and then when we got to the big parts of the book it was all smooshed in the last 20% of the book. I wish there would have been more details from the past in both of their stories and I wish some of the more intensive plot scenes would have been longer at the end. I also would have loved another spanking scene at the end. *wink*

Hope to see more books soon!!

Spice- 🌶️🌶️🌶️/5 it’s there like all the books by these ladies.
Plot-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 but I wish it was longer.

These ladies did it again for me. Broody Harlem and meek Sukie were endgame for me from Salem and Sage’s story. The way he really tried to fight it knowing dang well he wasn’t going to win. Sukie growing a backbone throughout the book with the help of Sage, Juniper, and Harlem was amazing. When I met her in Salem’s book I wanted her to be protected and the correct man definitely is doing the job in this book. Chapter 9 had me rolling. Like when you get to it if you read Salem’s book it will crack you up. Also the end, as predictable as it was, it still was amazing!

You’ve done it again ladies! Harlem and Sukie are fabulous! You could see their attraction in Salem’s book…so glad it got to play out in their own story. The Alvarez/Daniels magic is so evident in this book. It’s full of excitement, thrills, super sexy and plenty of hilarity thrown in…Juniper needs a book…the girl’s a pistol. Oh, and I can’t tell you how much I loved the special guests…wow…unexpected but perfect! Thank you ladies for sharing your talents and imagination with us…you’re both so amazing!

This is the second book in the Fallen Ravens MC series. I’ve been waiting for Sukie and Harlem’s story and it doesn’t disappoint! Their story drew me in from the first page. They were both attracted to each other but Harlem denied his feelings for her not thinking he was good enough for her. However fate keeps pushing them together and their feelings for one another grows stronger until there’s no denying them. When his past comes back and the vandalism and towns treatment of Sukie & her mom, Harlem and the club will stop at nothing to protect their family.

As per the norm I was looking forward to these two characters. Harlem is are quiet broody alpha who has bit of a dark past he needed to get away from, and Sukie our sweet quiet heroine who has a dark secret past of her own. Harlem and Sukie are 2 perfect sides to an imperfect coin. When the past collides with the present we get a little action packed story that will leave you flipping through the pages to find out what is going to happen next.
The push pull between these two is sweet slow burn that quite possibly could melt your e-reader of choice!

OMG!!!

Holy shit! What a read, that had my heart from the first page!
Neither Harlem or Sukie have had it easy, when their secrets come out?! Wow!
But none of that matters to those closest to them. And as much as neither believe they deserve happiness, when they are together, they calm each other's demons, they quieten the noise. My heart!!
I am so cursing myself now for reading it so fast, I want to go back to the beginning and read again. And ooooh that little something near the end? Oh you will know when you read it!!
Absolutely loved it!!

I loved this book! Harlem and Sukie are an amazing story. Each of them is broken in their own way.
Harlem is the Enforcer for the Fallen Ravens MC and comes from a dark past of his own. Sukie is the quiet and withdrawn shop owner with a past of her own. When darkness comes and threatens everything Harlem can't fight his feelings anymore. He does what he needs to protect the woman he has fallen for.
I love the stories that these ladies tell. They always hook me and I can't put it down. Oh, and that ending! I can't wait for the next book in this series!!

OMG!!!!

I know most bikers are broody but Harlem gives broody a whole new meaning. Sukie is the towns black sheep. Everyone stays away from.her except Sage and Juniper. They are her only friends. With them comes the MC. When Sage was kidnapped, Harlem was almost killed. Luckily Sukie saved Harlem. Ever since then Harlem is refusing to claim Sukie until another MC comes to party with them and their prospect makes a play for Sukie. Harlem makes sure everyone sees him claim her. Now he just has to protect her from his father.

Harlem & Sukie. TRIGGERS: sexual assault, vandalism, assault, kidnapping. I'm still loving this series so far. Sukie owns a store across from Sage's hair salon where she sells natural soaps and shampoo. She lives with her mom, who's recently released from prison. And now they're the pariahs of the town. Harlem is part of the MC and does not speak to his blood family. He's had a thing for Sukie for a long time but feels he's not good for her. Except life has other plans. Their story is sexy and dangerous, especially when Harlem's past comes back and that's the MC. Really good story.

Harlem & Suki

Goodness! Buckle up because this is an exhilarating, suspenseful and addictive roller coaster ride to go on with Harlem, Sukie and the Fallen Ravens MC. Harlem is a broody, gruff and intense man but he’s taken down by a sweet, timid and shy woman. They say opposites attract and certainly in this case it’s true. Their chemistry is palpable but what truly stood out was the deeply intoxicating connection they developed together. I can’t even describe how much I love this story. And I cannot wait to see what happens next.

First Sip Thoughts: Harlem came in swinging, and honestly? He’s the kind of character you can’t help but side-eye while secretly crushing on.

What I Loved: The banter. The push-pull tension. Harlem has that mix of cocky charm and buried depth that keeps you flipping pages. Plus, the way the MC family shows up in this one? Chef’s kiss.

What Could’ve Been Stronger: A couple scenes felt a little rushed, but Harlem’s story still packed plenty of punch.

Final Sip: Harlem solidifies this series. He’s brash, bold, and unexpectedly tender when it counts. Definitely my favorite so far.

The Fallen Ravens series is off to a great start. First with Salem and Sage and now Harlem and Sukie. The storyline is intense with a quite a few twists and turns, including cameo appearances from some old friends, the chemistry is scorching, and the brotherhood between these alpha bikers is strong. These two ladies never disappoint with their storytelling, and I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Harlem is a great read, a great story with all of your favorites, angst, love, steam, danger and possessive motorcycle men!! How could you go wrong? This book is wonderfully written, so detailed, but not too detailed to bog it down, you literally feel like you were in Salem walking into Belladonna’s!! Love this story and I am obsessed with these authors. Those of you who have read their other books keep a look out for some cameos!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
